Just a little nag I have. In late game, when castles hold a garrison of more than 2000 or so, it's impossible for rebels to take the province and they end up sitting there not doing anything of note. In theory, you could leave them alone and go about your business for decades.

How could this be fixed?
1) Increase rebel size in late game by making it directly connected with garrison size.
2) Decrease the garrison sizes for advanced fortifications.
3) Add random events that happen in provinces where rebels are present but can't besiege - like destroying crops, raiding traders and so on.

What do you lads think on the subject?

I'm voting for a little bit of 1) and many of 3) (but I think events which lowers the counts opinion of his liege because he doesn't help him with rebels would be more usefull)

Just wondering, how come you have late game experience although the game was just released? If you refer to (modded) demo, then there might be some changes in the release version regarding late game (I'm not sure on that though).

I was referring mostly to the demo, yes. I haven't seen any word about the changes in rebel dynamics for 1.02b though, so I'm assuming it's the same.
