Last War questions

I did randomly get the "last war" scenario, and was eager to just play it and enjoy it, but at around day 100, i did not manage to get anything beyond 1 rocket full with goods before they left anyway, most of them almost full...

And now I a in a "cold war", which has laster for 100 sol/days. what do I need to do now to finish the scenario?

oh, to update: is "cold war" an end to this scenario, and would it continue with a timer or something? if so I will just keep terraforming mars hehe.
