Languages

There has been much discussion about this, and we now know that:

a) EU will be released in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and German versions sometime in October. (Possibly also Finnish and Icelandic..?)

b) South-East Asian version are also planned.

c) Other languages will surely soon follow. Notably English and French.

P.S Will it in any of the non-english versions be possible to switch the language to english too?

Despite my (and other people's) nagging, it would seem that no--each edition will be monolingual. IMO it is a shame since I am used to playing games in English and prefer it that way.

Nopes, sorry, no finnish translation is planned yet.

I'm only disappointed that Sweden can't be played
in the GC. What is the longest scenario in which
I can control Sweden or Denmark ?


Oh, but you can play Sweden in the GC in the swedish release.

Aaah, at last I meet someone who remembers the fair land of Midnight! Unfortunately, I haven't met Luxor since he failed to retrieve the Ice Crown (which is only to be expected since I ran him through). I hear that brat of his, Morkin, is running around up in Icemark though.

Hmm, looks like I've received my final promotion... Nice. Now I can bash you all with my nice new Field Marshal's baton!
