Very weird... what version did you use? I'm able to deploy airbases in German territory that I control as an Allied Nat. Chi.,(nowhere *near* annexing, though) but I'm using vanilla DD 1.3a...

So here I'm able to deploy airbases in supplied, occupied territory, but you aren't. I have no idea what's going on...:wacko:
