What does a landed title means ? ( sorry english is not my native language )
My explanation is that it is a feudal title for a person who controlled a piece of land ( county, duchy , kingdom,..)

landed means they own land like a count/duke/king

In game terms it means in particular, that they control one or more holdings. Those are the majority of titles, although there are some that are usualy unlanded (e. g. Mercenaries) or can be unlanded (e. g. existing religious heads).

A Holding can be considered as a piece of land, a county for a earl , a duchy ( grouped county) for a duke, ....
All what has to do with land what you own has a title
