ok made this, and plopped it onto the end of triggered modifiers file, guess i'll set the country flag into the save file on France and see what happens

#Taking away colonial range #
###################################
###################################

CeaseColonization = {
trigger = {
has_country_flag = CeaseColonization
}
range = -0.95

}

By the way Lawliet, I think what I want to do is have it so their range is devestated, but if they conquer Morocco and Algiers, then they can colonize the provinces next to them if they get cores and whatnot, but will largely leave the Americas to us... and... perhaps if there's ever a civil war and Lousiana or LA Plata wants to break from the union... Sounds fun =]

Finally peace for our time...

ENG_Again.jpg

Uhh... England... Seriously? We just... 5 seconds ago... but... well fine.

ENGWAR_Overview.jpg

They're outnumbered, but the Bretons and Irish can only do so much with the Royal Navy on patrol.

The Welsh were quickly occupied, but England had to keep sending 24 unit armies to deal with the rebels. Welshmen weren't going to let the English take them back just like that! The Hussite province of Cumbria was occupied by the USA and Scots. Other than that it was a stalemate... if only the USA could support more than 14000 troops...

The only thing positive for the USA was that James I had a strategy of blockading EVERY port on the British isles. This made them easy pickings for the US Navy.

RoyalNavy.jpg

ENG_Proposal.jpg

With his Royal Navy looking like the navy of a countess, James I knew London was open to being taken again with the rest of the country ravaged by the Irish and Welsh. An interesting proposal was given to Drahoslav. The Welsh were obviously unable to govern themselves, and England was now open to France, a staunch Catholic state invading Britannia. The deal was, England would convert to Hussite and be a vassal to Drahoslav. The crowns of Scotland, Wales and England would be united. James I would claim the title of Great Britain and focus on claiming the continental holdings. The world across the Atlantic would belong to the USA. Section 7 of this treaty states that if the state of Great Britain ever were to betray the USA, then Scotland and Wales would automatically declare independence and join the USA until order were restored.

Advisers, should we betray our Welsh and Scottish vassals and make a rather intimidating gain on the political field, or should we send our limited manpower to sack London and entirely break England into its feudal states. The last option sounds tempting as they would all be Hussite men, but we could never control so many vassals in the world of Magna Mundi,

And this is what England would look like if the war were to continue.

TreatyOfBritannia.jpg

The Treaty of Britannia

1. Peace between England and all vassals of the USA is concluded.
2. James I would convert to the Hussite religion and so would many other Englishmen.
3. The crowns of Scotland and Wales would be united with the one of England.
4. The united kingdoms would now be known as Great Britain.
5. Great Britain would become a vassal to the USA.
6. If Great Britain ever were to rebel against the USA, then Scotland and Wales would be free from the union to help quell the rebellion. The dukes of Lancaster, Northumberland and York would also be free to join.
7. Great Britain would never attempt to colonize lands claimed by the USA.
8. Great Britain would relinquish all claims to the island of Ireland.
9. Great Britain would reinforce claims to the throne of France and their lands.
10. The USA would help Great Britain rebuild militarily and economically.

USA must also have a right to appoint a Viceroy who shall advise the King whenever possible, acting more like a Prime-minister? ;)

Perhaps, but what do you mean exactly? You want to write part of the AAR or what?

And advisors, shall we free the Dutch or claim the Balkans next?

Would you mind posting a worldmap of your recent savegame? It would be easier to decide on your next course of action if we knew the full extend of your core territories/colonial holdings/vassals/enemies. And I also love maps. :rofl:

In any case. confronting the Burgundians now seems like too much of a hassle after the recent wars. Since the Ottomans seem to be fading before they ever gained the status of an Empire, as well as the Hungarians, the Balkans seem to be an easy target. In addition to that, Austria still is powerful only through the HRE and not by the virtue of its own might (no A-H yet).

So to convert the Balkans is to secure allies in one of the most volatile regions of Europe - maybe a stepping stone to gather support in the rather hard to conquer, but rich and modern Italian peninsula. And the Pope might yet bow to you at last ...

Milan and Tuscany fought a total war and broke themselves without cores...

Any questions? And only one suggestion?

Here's my prefered course of action:

1. Convert the Balkans.

2. Continue blockade of the NA continent (i.e. block any other power from gaining a foothold in North America).

3. Whilst taking action regarding the second point, you might be able to colonise the rest of the OTL US eastern seaboard + expand westwards, if possibe.

4. Try to keep peace for at least 10-20 years. After that, you could steer Venetia into a position where they'll have to accept the Hussite religion as well.

5. Consolidate your vassals and make sure that all nations favouring the Hussite religion are within your sphere of influence.

I think you should concentrate your colonization efforts on North America. It is no fun if you control both North and South and it will be near impossible anyway. Norway seems to be the closest to getting a foothold on territory that should belong to you, so converting them might distract them enough. Don't forget to free the Dutch in the mean time :p

Concentrate colonisation at the coast, don't go much inland anywhere.
Would be more realistic, as your population is not huge you have to make deals with local Indians that you allow them to live peacefully near the Moravian colonies. :rolleyes:
USA didn't honour the treaties for long, but this time you have far more space to expand along the coastline.
Who wants to farm inlands when you can concentrate on trading along the coastline?

LetsFightBUR.jpg

Charles II decided to get the rest of the core provinces in Hainaut, Luxembourg, and Liege. Defeat all 3 at once while holding off France and the USA. Lorraine even seemed to be interested in falling to Burgundy. Charles II would soon be king...

BURWarOverview.jpg

There had been much clamoring in the court of Drahoslav from some Dutchmen. How they worked their way up is mysterious, but they were well respected, so their cries for Dutch freedom were heard loud and clear.

BadNewsBUR.jpg

The USA and its "Island Allies" as Ireland and Britain were called, didn't respond quickly to this war... perhaps they had a strategy to let Burgundy absorb all Dutch and Wallonian territories before striking? Either way, the French and Burgundians saw this as weak..

BritsLand.jpg

The Island Allies land, and the Bretons march into inland Burgundy. All seems to be going well, sieges are easy and Catholic armies fall while France is disturbed "internally" by smaller French states. What of Hainaut?

MoreBadNews.jpg

Yeah... About that... Burgundy's forces were encircled and forced to siege Hainaut. The Wallonian people were confused as terrified Burgundians filed into the land. As soon as the documents confirming annexation occurred, American troops occupied the territory, defeating Burgundy.

BURPeace.jpg

Not many territories could be converted, but converts were placed in 5000-12,000 populated areas. Aragon would take leadership of the war, but Europe was about to be shocked by the next action of the Hussites.

If someone can guess what the Hussites do next I'll post that screenshot immediately along with a shocking update, if not I'll do it some other time...

So as you're all wondering what the hell I did, that would seem foolish if anyone other than the Wolf did it... let's play...

WHAT'S GOING ON, IMMA SPLODE IF NO ONE HALPS ME KNOW OH NOES!!!!1111oneoneone
