May I note that in RBM (Risk Battle Mod) Ukraine tends to be strong. I had a game with them in Risk 1.2 and I destroyed Poland, I smashed the remanants of Austria-Hungary, obliterated Yugoslavia and I was pounding Russia. It also means that your IC goes insanely high. In RBM B.4 I see Ukraine owning it's father, Russia

And since Beta4 I have beefed up Russia's OOB, so she might prevail from time to time. (this is unofficial however).
