I just took at peak at the Danish names and there are some which really look strange.
Adolf, yeah right. That one is only happening if Sweden takes Denmark.
Ulrik, Maximillian, Frode, Tobias, and Frans are other rather unrealistic names

Feel free to suggest more fitting names for Danish rulers and nobility in the suggestions forum Same goes for all tags in the game.

eNot sure what you mean by dynamic names, if you meant dynastic then sure. The game keeps two lists for "last names", one per tag which is used for generals, advisors, agents, etc. and one per culture which is just for rulers (you may end up with a ruler from the first list though depending on how they come to power).
You don't need to source every one though comments in general help.
Authentic spelling: I don't see why not. Can't have lots of variants of the same name though.

Unless you use the nation designer first names are only by tag.

Suggestions forum is absolutely the place for dynamic province names. We've added a bunch from there before.

No time limit but I can also not make any prediction on exactly when they might be added. Suggestions can be for any tag and by any poster in case that wasn't clear
Some idea of source would be nice (but not necessarily for every name as I said above).
