Historically lake Victoria haven't been discovered by Europeans until 1858. It's weird that it has a name of a queen who is born only 2 years before the game ends. Maybe it should use one of local names? There could be an event to change its name like in Victoria 2 if one of great powers gets a province adjacent to it.
