Playing as Saxony. Won a war against France. Game lags now very bad. Never had this issue before. Any suggestions?

Note: This is my first time playing the beta. I took a break waiting for an update and saw that it had finally come out. Obviously what is going on is a performance issue. Too much stuff going on in the background. Black Ice for Hearts of Iron 4 had some issue like this, but they found ways to resolve it. Just wondering if anybody else is having performance issues. I have an i7 processor and 1086ti card.
Not sure if this bug has been officially addressed yet, but it may be the Nomad court bug. There's a bug that spawns literal hundreds of courtiers for nomad realms. Look in your game to see if Nomads have obscenely large courts. If so, check this thread https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/laggy-game.1180193/
