Russia in a state of chaos, Germany being syndicalist, Spain about to be plunged in a civil war and the Dual Monarchy internally challenged by fascist forces. The winning nations divided the world for themselves or their interests, but the huge colonial empires and new borders look ripe for tension. Everything seems to indicate that there are many conflicts who will come, and that peace is only temporary.
