Anyone knows why I cant get the bonus effect from (steel aviation industry blueprints) operation. it should be = Ahead of time penalty: -200% but I don't get any bonuses. After the operation is done game tells me that I got the bonus but I don't get any bonus effects!
I can get that bonus effect if I do the same thing but with industry blueprint steeling.
