Nah, j/k, but this is something you need to know before you hop into a government; it's no walk in the park, more of THE SIEGE OF JERUSALEM DURING THE THIRD CRUSADE! Obviously, in LR-games you can choose your level of involvement; if you just want to chill out and post here and there, join a party and stay out of government, if you want to do unaligned IC stuff like FlyingDutchie, you can host your own minigames, we're not forcing anyone to do anything. But, obviously, if you want to be President, you've got to be ready for this stuff. We have a saying in Belgium(and the Netherlands) that goes 'Higher trees catch more wind'
It has been noted that the President refuses to resign, your speech will be added to the index. Aside from that, me and Laurence had a cool idea: When LR is over we will make a ranking of the three best politicians based on their strategies here. These three 'winners' will receive a special, TRP-certified cookie and their own rank, based on the way they behaved during the game, 'Barking buffoon', 'Happy amateur', 'Ideological crusader', 'Backroom Backstabber', etc etc
Yes besides the fact I work overtime now to pay for schooling next semster, TRP has made me a chain-smoker lol. I knew it would be hard, but as a credit to TRP, the Third Crusade is a good comparison. I would love to see those rankings.
