The Old Kushan Empire encompassed the in-game areas of the Empire of Rajasthan, Kabulistan, Balochistan as well as areas of Transoxania and Khosistan and for 3 centuries it was a regional powerhouse.
This achievement would also be a reference to the Manga/Anime series Berserk where a fictional version of the Kushan Empire was controlled by a mystic/supernatural Emperor with demonic powers ruling over his subjects with absolute power and fear as well as religious reverence towards him.
