I just had one of the new 1.07 events, specifically in this case one that fires only if your character is a Lunatic...
In this one, your character decides to pass a crazy law. Amongst things like a law where everyone has to burn their pants, there is a "Cessation of Violence Act" option "Available only because you have the Lunatic trait", which I picked, where the ruler abolishes all violence and executions to prevent the children of the realm from becoming desensitized to violence :laugh:
Even funnier is that I immediately took a relationship hit towards all my vassals and a faction to place my Wroth, Cruel, Impaler brother on the Throne immediately launched a coup! :happy:
