Kudos to Paradox for well-behaved games

Been playing the demo (yay!).

One thing I love about Paradox games is that they are well-behaved Windows apps, by which I mean when you alt-tab out of their games, the app will obediantly minimize to the taskbar and give up the focus and the sound channel. It will stay minimized until you click on it again.

Compare this with many other games that, when you alt-tab out, keep blithely playing the music and will jump up to grab the focus at every opportunity.

Small thing, I guess, but I for one really appreciate it.

Agreed. I was playing another game yesterday, and actually got annoyed when the sound didn't stop when I A-tabbed out.

We tend to play our games ourselves, and i hate it when a game doesn't minimize.

Its especially useful if you have an old gaming laptop that is on its last legs, so you have to alt-tab out every so often to let it cool down

First thing I did was edit settings.txt to have "fullScreen=no", along with a slightly smaller resolution. Kind of wish there was an option in-game to do this, but no biggie either way.
