From a strict gameplay perspective, I find the Confuceans mechanics fascinating (and highly rewarding). While Ming is essentially cheating and Korea/Dai Viet being very interesting, are there events/legit ways of becoming Confucean ?
I had the same event as jianzhou without having a royal marriage with Ming. Maybe it can also fire if you are paying tribute?Well, I had an event due to a royal marriage/consort with Ming that converted a province to Confucian. I planned to have a Confucian Golden Horde via religious rebels, but since I was a tributary of Ming, they "kindly" offered their assistance with destroying the rebels.
In short, if you have a royal marriage and a consort from a Confucian country, you might get an event that converts a province and you can try to spawn rebels from there.
Im a roleplayer, so I like confucianism a lot. Culture conversion is way too easy in EuIV.Not a fan of Confusians myself, since you are pretty much stuck at zero harmony if you convert any provinces and "harmonized religions" block culture conversion, which is annoying.
