How do these core really work?
I thought that a "nation", even if doesn't exist anymore, can never lose a core over provinces with its culture
But, in my japan game I conquered all korea, stated all the states and then when I took every bit of land, in the last war when they had only 2 provinces left, I could revoke ALL THE CORES of Korea....you know usually Korea conquers almost all of manchuria, so their last provinces were near Buryatia....but I couldn't revoke all of their cores on manchuria.....at first I thought it was because I stated Korea....but now I'm actually playing another game, and I can't do this even if I state all the provinces....maybe I could do that because the last provinces of Korea were "far enough" for they to revoke the core?
I don't really know now...

98% of korea had Confucianism or Tengri, and I'm shinto, and 100% of Korea still have Korean culture
