Weird Migratory Air Forces
I saw this in 1.02, and again in 1.03. As Italy, I took the Belgian Africa provinces necessary for Germany to annex Belgium. Three of the Congo provinces thus switched from Belgian to German ownership. After this, the Germans sent a sizable air force (about 10 divisions and maybe increasing) to one of the Congo provinces, for no legitimate reason I could see, especially since the Eastern front was a stalemate and the Brits had established a beachhead in France.
It seems like there's something encouraging air forces to fly out to the extreme limits of available territory, whether it makes strategic sense or not?
