Republican Spain: Dissent miscalculated in Civil War event

I have several times experienced a problem with Republican Spain's dissent level change due to the Civil War event. Regardless of the dissent level before the Civil War event, it rises to 90. I have had this happen at level 60 dissent (original setting) as well as 54, 58 and 63.

According to the event file, the Civil War event should effect dissent by -10. I have no idea how I am getting to 90 immediately after the Civil War event. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

PS I am using the NA 1.02 patch

It's a known issue and will be taken care of.

Thank you. By the way, I found that you can quite easily edit the save game .EUG file to return the dissent to the right amount.
