... oh God there are so many nations I want to play this patch.
This, a thousand times this.I actually don't care whether it will break saves or not as far as the game is playable again.
Really looking forward to this patch.
1. Fully maintained up-to-date forts will give you army tradition bonus.
2. +5 development cost for each province developing will be removed, but you can't develope one thing more than total value of other two things.
3. Trade income modifier will be removed as trade efficiency has given only trade income bonus after 1.12.
4. King-ranked nation will get one more diplomat, emperor-ranked nation will get one more leader cap.
5. High-altitude lakes will be showed rightly, Florence will substitute Tuscany(perhaps Tuscan countries like Florence can form Tuscany?)
6. PA events for Orthodox will happen more frequently.
7. Can be added(not confirmed at next patch) - Administrative efficiency for earlier technology level. HREmperor will be called 'Emperor'(not Kaiser?).
+ enormous number of bug fixings and balancings.

I like all of the changes, the only thing i'm afraid of is that the 5 per dev cost disappearing is going to make development have too little diminishing returns. Hopefully the 1% per dev cost is increased to compensate for the flat +5 every level disappearing, otherwise the game will go complete haywire, with player provinces having four times the development of paris and rome.
I hope there's more of a change to the leader system. +1 leader for Empire, don't like it. Every nation should have more slots. It should definitely scale with either development or force limits. And maybe even have separate systems for naval leaders and land leaders.
Forts giving army tradition is nice, makes you less inclined to mothball everything, and rewards your military for building forts.
An idea I had was to make the % cost per development be exponentially increasing. That way its cheap to develop an underdeveloped province and there will be a point where it makes no sense to develop a province anymore. Maybe also have a max cost to develop a province, like 200 points.
