1. Fully maintained up-to-date forts will give you army tradition bonus.

2. +5 development cost for each province developing will be removed, but you can't develope one thing more than total value of other two things.

3. Trade income modifier will be removed as trade efficiency has given only trade income bonus after 1.12.

4. King-ranked nation will get one more diplomat, emperor-ranked nation will get one more leader cap.

5. High-altitude lakes will be showed rightly, Florence will substitute Tuscany(perhaps Tuscan countries like Florence can form Tuscany?)

6. PA events for Orthodox will happen more frequently.

7. Diplomatic cost for individual peace demands will be called at 300.

8.Can be added(not confirmed at next patch) - Administrative efficiency for earlier technology level. HREmperor will be called 'Emperor'(not Kaiser?). Released vassals can have other religion(which isn't historical religion) if majority of their core provinces are converted.

+ enormous number of bug fixings and balancings.

I hope that diplomat and leader bonus will not be simply added to government rank bonus, but with other system like unique buildings. Also some smart AI for sieging or AI-compensated siege system, but I think that these will not be patched.

The +1 diplomat from kingdom rank is very welcomed as republics are very starved on diplomats if you dont take a not very overall useful idea group for it.

I like all of the changes, the only thing i'm afraid of is that the 5 per dev cost disappearing is going to make development have too little diminishing returns. Hopefully the 1% per dev cost is increased to compensate for the flat +5 every level disappearing, otherwise the game will go complete haywire, with player provinces having four times the development of paris and rome.

I hope there's more of a change to the leader system. +1 leader for Empire, don't like it. Every nation should have more slots. It should definitely scale with either development or force limits. And maybe even have separate systems for naval leaders and land leaders.

Forts giving army tradition is nice, makes you less inclined to mothball everything, and rewards your military for building forts.

Oh well, I didn't want to start another playthrough anyway...

So, from that it can be inferred that Tuscany will still be in the game, but now probably as a formable. Hm, that is interesting. I guess I know what I'll play after England, and TO, and Korea,and Golden Horde, and Lithuania/Ruthenia(if thats even possible), and Brunsweig... oh God there are so many nations I want to play this patch.
