Upgrading models

When u press "upgrade to the latest model" and your unit has a brigade, it spends the time to upgrade the unit, but after when u get the unit back, the "upgrade to the latest model" button can still be pressed again!

You can't imagine what a pain it is since you can't press a button to automatically upgrade all your troops and you can't press a button to automatically redeploy your troops, finding out that you might have upgraded your troops two or three times!! to no effect!!

Yes - I am seeing this too.
Playing Germany in the 1936 scenario -

My infantry divisions w/attached brigades (all artillery) ALWAYS have the "Upgrade To Latest Model" button available to them.
The infantry divisions w/out attached brigades do not have the upgrade option.
The questions is, what are these infantry divisions upgrading to?

Also, the 3 panzer divisions that Germany begins with at the start of scenario, even after being upgraded with the latest tank model (Pz V'Panther'), still have the Upgrade button available. . .
WHAT are they upgrading to?

This could be related to Bug 4230 - dunno. . . .

It's very annoying to have your units in an endless upgrade cycle.
I'm going to start a new game, and micro-manage the upgrading of the Pz divisions, and ignore the upgrading of the infantry divisions.

Hard to tell, for now lets call it a known issue and we can log a new one if we hear different or if when this is fixed there is still problems.

I have the same problem. Upgrading is an endless loop....

It's obviously because Paradox believes that there is always a room for an improvment
