KNOWN BUG: Upgrading enhance Infantry units

Bug: Upgrading enhance Infantry units

I created a bunch of Artillary heavy infantry divisions for my army and after a couple of years I found you could upgrade so I did, but when they where reequiped and put back in the army they could still be upgraded. So far Ive upgraded the units 3 times one after each other.

When i upgrade the stats for the unit dont change.

A couple of other people seem to have this problem

Originally when I started playing the game I noticed that some tech stated that you require an upgrade for the stuff to be implemented. To my disappointment it turned out that all the stuff was handed out to the troops (except supply and fuel consumptions techs) automatically. I would have thought that you need to send your troops back to the factories to get better guns anti tanks etc. It would prolong the whole war process - which at this point goes way to fast.
