Tech Bug
Not sure if anyone else has noticed this or reported it, but thought I would just in case.
When you develope Basic Electromechanical Computers all of your future tech costs and times are decresed by 10%. At least mine did until I saved and reloaded it - now all my costs are back to normal even though I still have the tech.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong ?
