Sorry I forgot the name, but one of Australias eastern ports is always under a thunderstorm. ALWAYS. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
If they put their navy there in port then they are immune to all air attacks.
Im sure there must be a few other areas in the game that have stupid weather but so far this is the only one ive seen.
