Scenario Editor doesn't work after 1.04

Can't get the damn thing to load, I get loads of error messages like this one: ERROR (unknown type in LandDivision) 'speed_cap_art=5' Line=16 File = Db\units\infantry.txt

I could click ignore but there will be more of them, until the eiditor crashes.
