Couple of Bugs with Retreats
Retreats and Diplomacy
OK you have beaten back enemy units (which are in the process of rereating) and taken control of territories say in Cuba and
(wherever) Tripoli (from Italy)
You go to the diplomacy screen and ask to annex Cuba..
Cuba is annexed and Italy gets control of Tripoli back..
In other words when you go to the diplomacy scree to annex, control of any territory around the workld which contains enemy troops that are retreating passes to the owner of these troops

A battle is not going your way on some islands... You click to make your troop retreat back to your transports.. Instead the ennemy is beaten...
