Puppeted france no working industry
Saw some referenses that a puppeted country cant handle resources due to all resources going to the controlling nation. Could not find a refernce in the bug list thou.
Problem
Vichy france does not supply its oversee territories. for some reasons it cant set up a conwoy to supply its africa corps and forces there are destroyed. Acording to save file there is no resources and as such no supplies and industry capabilities. For some reason singapore still seems to be in supply every other Vichy territory is a death trap for the axis as they loose supply as soon as they free it.
I tried to boost the resources and transports to see it the ai could get its supply conwoys to work again but no joy. next save I checked resources was down to zero and as such industry. If i figure out how to write conwoys I will try to set them up to see if that makes a differnce.
