Puppet Troops Acting as if still Affiliated with old alliance
I've noticed this problem in my last game as Germany. First, Belgium... I elected to puppet them. They became part of the Axis and had a fascist government and were at war with my foes... However, their troops, when moving through German territroy, would convert it back to France. This seemed to pass as time wore on. Mind you, the Belgian troops did not fight me, but actually seemed to fight my enemies. Later, I managed to get to North America and elected to puppet Canada. Same deal, except alot more serious, my 'allied' Canadian friends wandering across my long supply lines would suddenly have them all revert to American control. Talk about a bummer.
