Mother Nature gone mad!

I've been looking thru the bugging list, and havn't found anything on the weather "problem" some people encountered. I now there has already been a tread on this subject, but there seems to be no follow up!

I for one, really am disturbed by this, and find leads to certain unfair situation, like THUNDERSTORMS for 6 MONTHS, no planes can go there! It's imposiible i think that the weather could be so bad for so long. I think anyway that since the patch is coming out so soon, it's already to late, but i really would like if someone could look into this

If there is follow up on this weather problem (bug?) then i'd be happy to read about it, but as for now i haven't read anything that leads to a definite conclusion. (Altought i simply can't agree :S)

If you want to solve this problem, there have been some threads that suggest to use save/reload.

To my knowledge it solves several problems with the game. Not only does the weather start to change (no longer rain over Europe for four years!) and it feels like the AI is reawakened.
