liberate puppet not workin?
well im playing 1.05c as germany and have taken much of the world by 1945. so i decided to puppet most of my territory so my forces dont get too streched out. problem is that when i liberate a puppet, the country returns to a neutral state, some of them even as potential enemies. thats not what liberate puppet is meant to do is it?
