USA units move to SE Pacific basin

I down loaded the new 1.05 patch, playing as USA. Unit's in San Antonio Texas move to Southeast pacific basin each time you move them from that location, Also unit's deployed in San Antonio are deployed at se pacific basin, thus losing that unit.
