Haven't seen it in the bug list - maybe it's known or fixed with v1.05b


v.1.05a - trying to send ships to samoa islands (s.w. in the pacific) they will send to whereever !

There's a meta thread for map bugs (see sticky thread in this forum). This problem has been reported and there's a DIY fix in that thread.

Not for me, I'm afraid. Only steel's new province.csv did the trick.
