KNOWN BUG: Editor broken?

Editor broken?

Cant find it anywhere on this page but the Scenario Editor doesnt work with the Scandinavian and UK version (HoI_1.04_EU_ENG_Update.exe).

Ive installed it and re-installed it twice. The game works, but the editor gives out this when you click to load it:

Sorry... This has been answered in more than one thread already. This is a known bug. Editor refuses to load under 1.04. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. It slipped through
