Campaign 1936 - German starting tech

Well, nothing changed in 1.02

At a very beginning of 1936 Campaign Germans are able to build both basic air transports (JU-52/3m Tante Ju) and basic strategic bombers (JU-88 A-4) but on the other hand they do not posses relevant tech level. Techs: Basic Long-Range Bomber Engine, Basic Heavy Bomber Airframe, Basic Heavy Bomber Prototype Tests, Basic Strategic Bomber, Basic Air Transport are not researched.

Because you're already talking about the planes, why do they start with 100 ORG?

AFAIK... None of the German planes has 100% ORG in 36... YOu have to research nearly all plane doctrines to get there

According to my freshly started 36 game, Air-Transports really do start with 100 ORG.

Yep, transports have 100/100. Nice round numbers like that are hard to miss.
