BUG 4255 minister_cro.csv fixed

It was missing last two columns... I also took liberty to make some corrections.

It can be downloaded from my site together with some more corrections.

Missing or incorrect ministers were not part of this bug report. Just that no ministers were loaded. It was not due to the file not being plural as first suspected. It has been marked fixed though so we will have to see with 1.02 if this corrects what you are addressing as well. So for now I will mark it Known Bug, and feel free to start a new bug if your concerns are not addressed in 1.02. I also edited your post to correct the bug number.

Plural was only part of the problem, as I said last two columns ("unknown" and "x") were also missing and file doesn't load without them plural or not.

Um! that is what I said. The problem was not the plural rather internal problem. And has been marked as fixed.
(VultureGFF you may want to mark the new one you logged as a duplicate.) At least until 1.02 is released and he sees if there is still a problem, which is what I suggested in the first place.
