KNOWN BUG: Annex nation with puppet - March 1942 constant CDT

March 1942 constant CDT

I'm playing US version 1.01
Windows XP Home up-to-date
Toshiba Satellite 5100-501
All drivers up-to-date
Norton anti virus runnng in background
No other background application

The game crashed only a couple of time till march 1942.
On the 14th I've annexed (with Italy) SU, between the 16th and the 17th it keeps crashing and every saved game after the 13th of March gets corrupted and crashes while loading (I have them).

Any suggestion to keep the game running?

Moved to bug forum to see if it is reproducable.

I offer to try save file editing:
open corrupted save file with notepad, search for

puppet = SOV
control = SOV

and delete these lines, then save.

I think, It becauce of annexing USSR, but Mongols controlled by USSR. This method worked fine for me.

This is a known bug. It is the same as the 'ANNEX NATION W/ PUPPET BUG'. Always check the bug list on top first.
