Air missions and naval invasions are too easily aborted
All that need to be done to impede a naval invasion is to attack the invading fleet - no matter how smallish, disorganised or weak the attacking fleet is, and no matter that it gets beaten in seconds.
Since it sometimes can take many, many days to unload a unit, it is the easiest thing in the world to stop the invasion, just keep sending org 0 ships into the area and they will force the invader to start all over...and over... and over... and over...
The same goes for air missions, its next to impossible to do tactical bombing in areas where enemy fighters are based, no matter how bad you beat them since as soon as there is air combat, the mission is aborted, and while you fly home, rearm and come back, so do the enemy fighters... so you go at it again, and again... and again...
IMHO missions should only be aborted if they suffer a defeat.
