AI Market Trades still broken

The AI still makes contradictory World Market trades. i.e. trades of X for Y combined with trades of Y for X. Start a game, run it forward until Sept 1936 (or so) and check Japan...

It also makes "chain" trades, X for Y, Y for Z; when X for Z would be more effective. Also, it doesn't disable trades that are no longer being executed, thereby throwing away resources.

The game is pretty silly if only the players are producing after the first year, and the AIs have driven their economies to zero.

The problem seems worse in 1.04. If you start a game in 1936, by September 1936 the Japanese economy will be way down.

Combined with parking their fleets at sea with zero Org, and attempting to use the "no supplies" exploit, they are never going to be in a position fight anyone. A trashed economy means they will never be able to build supplies, so their units will never recover their Org.

No wonder Finland, Rumania, etc, can wander all over capturing the world?
