1936 Scenario won't load in Editor

I've upgraded to patch 1.02 and then tried to edit the 1936 scenario. An error message would come up and close the editor program. The two other scenarios load just fine while in the editor.

I've uninstalled the game and all of my mod's, re-installed and then added the patch. I still have the same problem. Is this a bug or is there something else I can do?

This is a known bug, there is a temp fix in the bug forum sticky marked Fix it your self or something like that.
