Known broken missions

I would like to create a list of broken missions, possibly helping the developers in targeting them. Many were probably already reported, but until they are fixed, they should be catalogued. If you play a country and notice a mission is broken, please share it in a reply with a description of what is broken!

The list

1. Spanish mission "Expel the Moriscos" used to rely on expelling the minorities to change the provinces' culture. Now that the mechanic is changed, the mission stays outdated, giving a mere 100 diplomatic power bonus for basically culture converting an already accepted culture (Andalusian).
2. Swiss mission "Reorganize the Confederacy" is giving the permanent advisor cost bonus, but the claims are said to not being added.

I played on 1.31.2, Geneva into Swiss Conf. and mission with perma claims on Swabia didn't work. I recieved perma bonus from this mission, but perma claims - not.

not really broken but the generic indian missions required some stupid stuff in 1.30 such as having high church influence while having a really low church loyalty or something like that if anyone wants to check if its fixed that'd be great
