AIRBASE LIMIT
12.5 : You are not allowed to base more airunits in airbases as indicated below:
1-4 airbases = You can't base more than 4 planes of anykind (STR and NAV can only be based in a 4 level airbases minimum)
5-8 airbases = 8
9-10 airbases = 12
I know that Anders and Dexter are ok for using it right now , but we still need the Predator's Daretti's and Visser's agreement (this rule is good for axis , so i don't think it will be a problem)...

Fourth session quite nice , we've reached May 24 of 1941 , Barbarossa has begun , Visser's panzers are on the run , he's chosen two main fronts ; North and South, Kiev , Minsk ,Kirovoy Rog has fallen......

Fifth session , Very nice one , huge fights in Soviet Union : 350 Axis divisions with 50 armored facing more than 500 Soviets.
In the north , Marshal Zajac has managed to reach Archangelsk , threatening the whole Northen Soviet army group. Unfortunately for axis , comrade Zukhov and his heavily armed T34/IS1 hidden in the Cherepovets forest stroke back and finaly captured most of the northern Italian group and his German panzer group. Counter offensive has stopped on the north side of the Dvina river.
In the south Marshal Visser by a succesion of audacious moves first lead his panzers at the gates of Moscow and Stalingrad , capturing/killing 40 or 50 soviet divs around Gomel and Pavlovsk or by bombs during the campaign. He has taken Karkov and Rostov without much loss. He also managed to capture the first line of heavily defended/fortified soviet's bastion : Rogachev/Roslav/Gomel. Tula/Kaluga (the last bastions before Moscow) were taken and lost several times but finaly remains in soviet's hands.
During May/November of 1941 Soviets have lost around 400 MP plus 40 divisions including 3 paras , 2 ATR , 2 TACS , the whole Baltic's surface fleet and 10 subs.
Axis lost around 200 MP plus 90 divs (most Italians) including 14 German panzers , 10 TACS , 1 CL ....
On the western front , Italy managed to counter an UK landing making it suffer heavy loss (around 50 MP) .....

Up to you , but i think that a good chinese player can give you a BIG help , at least for techs , production , sliders , ministers etc....
