King's Full Peace not working?

Hello, my Queen is the ruler of England (multiple-great-granddaughter of Harold), and Scotland, Ireland and Wales.

When playing the game, I see that crown authority is at its highest level in all the countries. However, in the attached savegame, you will note that the Duke of Cornwall is at war with the Earl of Cornwall. I thought centralization_4 was supposed to prevent this?

Or is there something else at play here?

They can still be at war with each other if they revolt as a result of a failed imprisonment attempt or other similar factors. I'll have a look at the save, but just so you know.

UPDATE: This seems to be the case, the Earl of Cornwall has revolted in an attempt to claim Cornwall and since the peace terms for enforcing demands as the Duke of Cornwall is to imprison the Earl of Cornwall I believe that he has revolted due to a revocation attempt or an imprisonment attempt.
