Dr Bobs Table of GREATNESS!!!!
1) Ottoman Empire: Still, they are big and ugly, (like ozzeh

) and there is far too much green in the map, if they actually start trading competently they would be far and way the richest, they have an acceptable manpower I suppose

to match.
2) France: Rich off trade, but have perhaps neglected internal affairs for too long in favour of propping up other regimes, the loss to Austria in a series of wars does not bode well. Spain seems friendly enough but England is a wildcard, and Sanders Franco-Anglo relations remain a mystery.
3) Holland: Rich and with a powerful navy, Holland are in a great position, they also have well placed colonies with extensive manufacturies. With French protection on the continent and a large army with excellant tech they are well placed for any eventuality, although an English or Portuguese attack could leave them in a bit of trouble, and any stab-hit would crush their trading economy.
4) Portugal: They are running out of leaders, running out of supportable ships and running out of places to trade in. Portugal are performing valiantly but one must wonder that an attack by England or Holland would perhaps cause a collapse, Spanish-Portuguese relations may perhaps be a cause for concern for the Drunkard King.
5) England: They are steadily reversing there ill-fortunes, with a trading empire comparable to holland or Porto's, there foreign policy does not seem to have a target and neutrality seems the order of the day. Some action in Venice's defence was noted however, which may have put them at odds with Sweden.
6) Sweden: Having finally gained a foothold on the Russian side of the Baltic things may start to look up for Sweden, if they can but get some trading started again then they will be laughing. On the downside, they have just lost there last great leader and Frederick the Great needs a target
7) Austria: Having managed to secure some of Poland after innumberable wars and a successful couple of attacks on France, Austria have used Prinz eugene to good effect, but with him dead Austrias poverty and large area to defend could come back and kick him in the face. If the Turks can be kept in Hungary then Austria have a fighting chance against a possible French-Prussian attack, as long as Sweden support them.
8) Spain: Still rich but they are being rendered increasingly irrelevant to the the european poltical scene. Still burning from the defeat to the Ottomans they have retired from meddling in Venetian or French affairs. Whether or not this was wise remains to be determined. Perhaps one final attempt at a Hapsburg alliance can be attempted to cripple France before nappy.
9) Prussia: They are in sound shape, but are still small, Elio will need to use a lot of diplomatic skill to profit Prussia from the destruction of Poland, but if he has a solid base then he has no shortage of oppurtunities to use Freddy with. France would almost certainly support a war against Austria or Sweden or Russia, or Austria could ask for help against Holland and France, giving Kleves to Prussia in exchange for Lorraine taken from France.
