Not quite: with the changes in how potential vassals pledge loyalty, some kingdoms have been "expanded" accordingly: for example, Brittany is a part of France, Scotland goes a bit farther north, etc.

So every province is part of a kingdom now? That's what it looked like to me, though it is a bit strange to see Wallachia and Moldavia as part of Khazaria, but I like that every province goes toward some king title.
