Creating the title Kingdom of Jerusalem grants you a lot of Prestige and Piety. With the option to destroy titles, one could destroy, and create the title over and over again. I did this and beat the Capets. Of course, this probably isn't so much of an issue since the AI would not destroy the title, and the points don't really matter so much.
