Ok, in my world names file I have U01-19. Does it matter which I change? They looks like this

How does it not work?

If you do what Veld listed, you can create the Kingdom of Albania. If you want to be able to start a game as them, there is more to do...

What I've done is, what Veld says above, but for Bavaria. I.e. Ive attempted to create Kingdom of Bavaria as a title that can be created in game.

I've made a copy of BAVA.bmp and renamed it U001.bmp

I cannot however create this title via the menu while playing

This is wrong. The part where you have

BAVA;GERM;U001;

should read

BAVA;U001;NONE;

You have to change the GERM to U001. Damned Havard was faster.

I'm having trouble again, its telling me 'King of UNKNOWN STRING WANTED' in game, everything else is fine, I can make myself the King of this strange strange land, its just doesn't like the name.

Did you edit the file using wordpad and then 'save as'

Maybe you have just said 'save' thent the file is saved as a .txt file

No i edited in excel, all my csv files open in excel automatically, i've never had issues with it before though....i just clicked 'X' and it asked if i wanted to keep it csv format...so i said yes. I just coped what I did for Bavaria, Wessex and Austria but for some reason it doesn't like Saxony. Perhaps it just has a problem with U002. How did you do it for your AAR?

Used the LPOL-tag which isn't used at all so can be used for any other kingdom

Is is not possible to make creatable duchys ?
I just try it out.
I write U001 in the duchy column in province.csv:

124;PROV124;Pfalz;Germany;Rhein;0;Hills;123;german;6;U001;GERM;NONE;NONE;NONE;

But in game i can create a kingdom, not a duchy.
What i'am doing wrong ?

All free tags are kingdom tags, that is hardcoded no way to change that for us normal players.

So you aren't doing anything wrong. If you want a new duchy, you will first have to free up an existing duchy tag.
