If you capture the Monument of Valour, it will grant you the Lightning Bolt Spell. Normally it has a casting time, but if you get this spell from a location on the battlefield it has an instant effect. But you should still make sure it gets through the enemy's Magic Shield. It has normal penetration level so it will inflict damage on the enemy if their Magic Shield is below normal level.
