I'm doing a Norse playthrough, and it seems that now the most efficient option to gain piety is to kill prisoners using human sacrifice. I don't like this because I play a game to be relaxed and it is disturbing to me to be forced to kill innocent 6 year old girls in my jail or else lose 100 piety.

I realize historically that it happened, but Vikings also raped people and that is not in the game. I think the game should be classier in this respect - take the high road and say you can only get piety by sacrificing other ADULT WARRIORS. You should be able to at least have the option to let women and children go or recruit them to your court without losing piety.
